"1. Admittedly, the order dated 12.10.2023, impugned herein, passed by the learned Single Judge, is based on the concession given by the present appellants that the dispute was covered by the judgment of the Apex Court. Appellant No.1 herein, who was respondent No.2 in the writ petition before the learned Single Judge, was duly represented. In fact, appellant No.2 (respondent No.3 before the learned Single Judge), was also represented by the same counsel. In such circumstances, having conceded before the learned Single Judge, the appeal cannot be maintained.
2. Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
3. Liberty is granted to the appellants to file review application, if permissible.
4. Accordingly, no order is required to be passed on the application (CM-994-LPA-2024) for condonation of delay in filing the appeal."

7. We have been informed that thereafter also, review application bearing RA-CW-74-2024 in CWP-19142-2020 had also been dismissed on 06.03.2024 along with costs of Rs.10,000/-.

8. Keeping in view the above, we find no plausible reason to take a different view. Accordingly, the present appeal is also dismissed. All pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
