The present pe on has been filed under Sec on 482 CrPC for quashing of above cap oned FIR along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
2. Counsel for the pe oners seeks adjournment on the ground that a similar ques on involved in this pe on is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and prayed for adjourned the ma:er ll the pronouncement of judgment by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
3. Instead of keeping the ma:er pending for the answer of above said ques on by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, it would be be:er the present pe on is closed with liberty to file fresh pe on.
4. On the query of this Court, counsel for the pe oners agrees and wants to withdraw the present pe on with liberty to file a fresh pe on.

5. Given above, the present pe on is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that filing of the present pe on and its withdrawal shall not come in the way of pe oner in any manner whatsoever, in case, the pe oners file a fresh pe on. In addi on to that, the pe oners are also at liberty to file a pe on for quashing on grounds other than the post amendment sanc on. All pending miscellaneous applica ons, if any, stand disposed of.
