Notice of the application to the counsel opposite. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. , who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the hearing of the writ petition but submits that the claim of the petitioner is not covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Keeping in view the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for consideration.
Application stands disposed of.

1. Learned counsel for the parties agrees that the question of law raised in the present writ petitions has already been decided by this Court while passing order in CWP No. 2158 of 2020 titled as Ashish Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.03.2024 along with other connected cases and prays that the present petitions may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions.
