Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 17.08.2017 (P-2), passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Naraingarh, apart from FIR No.0061 dated 16.05.2013 (P-1), under Section 323, 324, 427, 452 & 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Shahzadpur, District Ambala along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners on the basis of compromise dated 11.03.2024 (P-4).

(2) Concededly, against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence, an appeal (P-3) is stated to be pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala.

(5) Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
