1. The present revision petition has been filed for directing the Trial Court to decide the application filed by the petitioner herein under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
2. As per e-Court website of the District Court Bhiwani, the matter is now fixed for 23.04.2024 for arguments on the interim application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC. As per learned counsel for the petitioner, written statement and the reply to the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC already stand filed. In view thereof, there would be no impediment in deciding the application for interim injunction. The matter is already fixed on 23.04.2024 and this Court is sanguine that the Trial Court shall hear the application on the date fixed.
3. Disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
