1. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have entered into a compromise outside Court and respondent No.3-Insurance Company herein is willing to pay an amount of Rs.8,04,000/- over and above the amount already awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kaithal. Learned counsel for respondent No.3-Insurance Company states that a cheque in the name of the appellants would be handed over to counsel for the appellants within a period of three weeks from today, after apportioning the amount amongst the appellants in the manner as directed by the Tribunal in the award dated 22.03.2010.

2. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
