Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for ordering the closing of the prosecution evidence.
Learned counsel for the complainant submits that vide order dated 08.12.2023 passed by the trial Court, the petitioner has been acquitted and the appeal against the said judgment of acquittal has been preferred on behalf of the complainant which is pending consideration before the Lower Appellate Court or before the District & Sessions Judge, Mohali.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
