The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to recheck and revaluate the petitioner's answer sheet of subject knowledge test for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)-Biology, Mewat cadre, held during the selection process pursuant to advertisement no.33 of 2023 dated 24.6.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Commission, appearing on advance notice, contends that the issue raised herein regarding entitlement to rechecking/revaluation of the answer sheets already stands decided against the petitioner, vide judgment dated 08.04.2024, rendered in CWP No.7873 of 2024 titled Poonam Dhanda alias Poonam Punia Vs. State of Haryana and others.
