1. The present petition is for quashing of FIR No.24 dated 13.04.2021, under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Talwandi Bhai, District Ferozepur (Annexure P-5).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the FIR already stands quashed in a compromise quashing petition bearing CRM-M-43898-2023 decided on 01.12.2023.
3. In light of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
