1. Vide order dated 22.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the parties as the counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant had stated that he is no longer in touch with his client. As per office report, the sole appellant is stated to have died and the respondent stands served through Sarpanch. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representative of the appellant.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
