1. Prayer in the present application is for fixing the actual early date of the hearing of the main petition (CWP-11218-2021) keeping in view the decision in SLP No. 4531 of 2023 titled as State of Haryana and other v. Balwinder Singh and others, decided on 09.01.2024, which covers the case of the applicant-petitioner.
2. Notice of the application.
3. Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and does not raise any objection in case the prayer made in the present application is allowed.
4. Keeping in view the averments enumerated in the present application, the same is allowed. Consequently, the hearing of the main petition (CWP-11218-2021) is fixed for today itself.
5. Application stands disposed of.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present petition, the petitioners are claiming the benefit of regularization of their part time services keeping in view the instructions issued by the Government of Haryana in the year 2011.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the claim of the petitioners is covered by the judgment passed by the Co-
ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 10017 of 2011 titled as Khajjan Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others, decided on 28.05.2014 alongwith other connected petitions, which judgment has already attained finality upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, hence, the respondents are under an obligation to consider the claim of the petitioners keeping in view the said judgment and pass an appropriate order granting relief to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law as well as keeping in mind the judgment passed in Khajjan Singh' s case (Supra) and an appropriate order will be passed within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the claim of the petitioners is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not found feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioners will be mentioned in the speaking order.
