1. Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F. No. DRI/LDZU/855/INT-02/2021 dated 07.03.2022, under Sections 8, 20, 27 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Revenue Intelligence (Zonal Unit), Ludhiana.
