1. Vide order dated 22.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellant and respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 to 6 and 8. As per the office report, the sole appellant stands duly served. Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 8 are stated to have died. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
