1. Pursuant to the order dated 07.03.2024, Under Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, is present in Court. Learned counsel for the State on instructions has admitted that in the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat, khasra numbers mentioned in the present revision petition are not there. The learned counsel for the State on instructions has further contended that there is not a single document to show that these khasra numbers were ever acquired by the Government.

2. In view of the stand taken by the State, the order dated 02.05.2019 is not sustainable in law and the same is accordingly set aside. Yogesh Sharma 2024.04.20 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

The matter is remanded to the Executing Court to decide the same in accordance with law after hearing all the stake-holders.
