1. This is an application for impleading the legal representatives of appellant Nos.1, 5 and 6 who are stated to have died.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions and the legal representatives of appellant Nos.1, 5 and 6 mentioned in para Nos.3, 4 and 5 of the application are impleaded as a party. Vakalatnama signed by the legal representatives of appellant Nos.1, 5 and 6 is already appended with the present application. CM-4194-C-2024

3. This is an application for impleading the legal representatives of respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are stated to have died.

4. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions and the legal representatives of respondent Yogesh Sharma 2024.04.20 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

7. Mr. Munish Gupta, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed and the main appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.
