1. Vide order dated 05.03.2024 fresh notice was issued to the appellant. As per office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back unserved with the report that the address of the appellant through attorney could not be traced out as there were two blocks and even after enquiry whereabouts of the appellant through attorney could not be traced. This is the only address of the appellant available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
