Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondents for payment of compensation to the petitioners towards death of Mr. Jittu @ Jeetu who died due to the sole negligence of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the present case is squarely covered by the order/judgment dated 15.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-11626-2023 titled as 'Paramjeet Singh Versus Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. & Another'.
Disposed of in terms of order/judgment dated 15.12.2023 (supra).
