Learned counsel for the appellants states that the present appeal has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the parties have since compromised the matter and vacant possession of the premises has been handed over to respondent No.3 i.e. legal representatives of R.L. Malhotra, the original defendant No.3.
2. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
