Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the impugned judgments have already been stayed. Learned counsel submits that it is not clear whether the respondent-plaintiff is alive or is interested to pursue the present remedy, hence, the present appeal along with CM- 3394-C-1999 may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to revive in case, any execution is filed either by the respondent-plaintiff or his legal heirs qua the impugned judgments.
Ordered accordingly.
The Executing Court is directed that without there being any specific order from this Court, no execution petition be entertained.
