1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 22.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellant as well as respondents No.1 and 2. As per the office report, service of the appellant could not be effected due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. Respondent No.2 is stated to have died. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
