Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the judgment of the lower appellate court has already been stayed by this Court while issuing notice of motion and it is not known whether the legal heirs of the respondent-plaintiff, who has already died, are interested in pursuing the present remedy or not, hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to revive the same in case, any execution is filed by the legal heirs of the respondent-plaintiff, who has already died.
Ordered accordingly.
The Executing Court is directed that without there being any specific order from this Court, no execution petition be entertained.
