1. Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing demand notice issued by respondent dated 24.09.2021 under Section 13(2) of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and all its consequent proceedings. There is a further prayer for directing respondent to consider representation of petitioner with regard to one time settlement and regularization of her account.

2. When faced with the judgments of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Union Bank of India v. Satyawati Tandon and others, 2010(8) SCC 110, M/s South Indian Bank Ltd. and others v. Vs. Vishwa Bharati Vidya Mandir and others, 2022 AIR (SC) 1045 seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to petitioner to avail remedy(ies) available to her in accordance with law.
