(QRAL) 1 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint No.NACT/410/2023 dated 24.05.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for short 'the N.I. Act') as well as summoning order dated 11.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by JMIC, Panchkula, whereby the petitioner was ordered to be summoned to face trial for offence punishable under Section 138 of the N.I.Act.
2 Subsequent to passing of the impugned order, the matter between the parties stands compromised.
3 Learned counsel for the respondent accepts that she has received a communication as per which the matter stands fully and finally resolved between the parties. She has produced the copy of the same, which is taken on record as Mark 'X'.
