The plaintiffs is in appeal against the judgment and decree dated 08.06.1990 passed by the Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur whereby the appeal of the defendant against the judgment and decree dated 26.11.1988 in Civil Suit No.417 of 22.07.1986 was set aside.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants contends that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal.
Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. Dismissed as withdrawn.
