In this Regular Second Appeal the plaintiff (Punjab State Electricity Board) now re-named as Punjab State Power Corporation Limited filed suit for grant of decree of permanent injunction restraining the Arbitrator to proceed with the arbitration proceedings, which has been dismissed by both the courts below.
Though, the learned counsel representing the appellant made sincere attempt, however, failed to draw the attention of the Court to any substantive mis-reading, non-reading or perversity in the judgments passed by the courts below.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to interfere is made out.
Hence, dismissed.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
