Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh particularly to challenge order dated 13.2.2024 passed by the Illaqa Magistrate vide which cancellation report filed by the prosecution has been accepted.

In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
