1. Reply along with order dated 12.04.2024 (Annexure R-1) on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5 has been filed in the Court today and the same is taken on record. Cost paid and the receipt is taken on record.
2. In the present writ petition, the claim of the petitioner is that the pay of the petitioner be refixed w.e.f. 01.10.2006 after granting the benefit of technical pay scale as granted to other similarly situated employees.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that keeping in view the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Union of India and others vs. Tarshem Singh 2008 (8) SCC 648, the benefit of technical pay scale has already been given to the petitioner and even the arrears have granted for a period of 36 months prior to the filing of the present writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the order dated 12.04.2024 (Annexure R-1), the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner that in case, any relief is yet to be released, the petitioner will be at liberty to file appropriate representation and the respondents be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner.
5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, any representation is received from the petitioner, the same will be decided within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of any such claim.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty as prayed for.
