1. Vide order dated 21.12.2023 notice was issued to the parties. As per office report, appellant Nos.1, 4, 5 and 6 are stated to be residing in Faridabad. Appellant No.2 is stated to be residing in Pataudi and appellant No.7 is stated to be residing in Ferozepur Jhirka. Appellant No.3 is stated to have died. Appellant No.8 stands served, however, none has put in appearance on his behalf. The sole respondent is stated to be not residing at the given address. There is no other address of appellant Nos.1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 available except for the address as given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
