1. Vide order dated 22.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, the sole appellant is stated to have died. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 stand duly served. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are stated to have died. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 despite service. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant as well as respondent Nos.3 and 4 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non- prosecution.
2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
