1. On 08.02.2024 Ms. Kamaldeep Kaur, Advocate assisting counsel of Mr. Adarsh Jain, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and had sought time to file vakalatnama. Today the case has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
