1. This is an application under Order XXII Rule 4 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent, Harbhajan Singh, who is stated to have died.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The legal representatives as mentioned in para 6 of the application are impleaded as party. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Vakalatnama signed by legal representative of the respondent has already been appended with the application, which is taken on record.

3. CM stands disposed off.
