CRM-793-2024 Prayer made in the application is for preponement of the main case.

Learned counsel submits that the main case itself has been rendered infructuous as the petitioners have been convicted by the trial Court.

In view of the aforestated position, the application is allowed and the matter is preponed from 01.08.2024 and is taken on Board today itself.

CRM-M-37135-2016 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners already stand convicted vide judgment dated 22.3.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kharar. MOHAN SINGH 2024.04.17 23:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment CRM-M-37135-2016 (O&M) -2- 2024:PHHC:050884 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant has passed on a copy of judgment dated 22.3.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kharar indicating that the petitioners stand convicted. The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition filed under the provisions of Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
