The present petition has been filed for seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to grant enhanced compensation on account of injuries received by the petitioner due to electrocution which has resulted in permanent disability of the petitioner to the extent of 80% as his both hands stands amputated due to negligence on the part of the respondents.
Disposed of, in terms of the judgment dated 15.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-11626-2023 titled as "Paramjeet Singh versus Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. and another".
