Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for seeking bail pending trial in FIR No. 26 dated 19.02.2017 registered under Sections 382, 411 and 201 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Urban Estate, Patiala.
2. Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that trial is over and petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 08.04.2024, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala.
3. In view of the above, present petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
