Suit for permanent injunction filed by plaintiff - Gurdwara Baba Gurbax (now respondent) was initially dismissed by the trial Court on 07.08.1989 but in appeal, the suit was decreed on 24.09.1992 by the First Appellate Court, by setting aside the judgment of the trial Court.
The defendant - Karam Singh (now appellant) had filed this Regular Second Appeal against the reversal.
However, the sole appellant Karam Singh is reported to have expired. Even the representative of the respondent has since expired, as reported by the Registry. Nobody has put in appearance on behalf of any of the parties.
LRs of none of the parties have approached this Court to implead them as a party.
In view of the afore-said facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal is hereby disposed of with liberty to LRs of any of the party to approach this Court, in case the cause of action still survives.
