1. The State counsel has brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 20.03.2024 and has filed a copy of the said judgment which is taken on record.
2. Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid assertions made by State counsel and further submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
