Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana.

HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI J. (ORAL)

1. In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioners is that the petitioners are entitled for regularization of their service on completion of 240 days in view of the instructions dated 13.02.1979 (Annexure P-4).

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioners is squarely covered against them keeping in view the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.15364 of 2019 titled as Jai Bhagwan vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 24.07.2023, which judgment has already been upheld in LPA No.1886 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able to dispute the same.
