1. The present review application which is barred by 29 days has been filed against the order dated 02.06.2022, whereby Mr. Nabhewala has sought to aruge the case afresh on merits, though he was not the counsel at that time. The matter was argued by the appellant, who had put in appearance in person. Another application has also been filed for placing on record written submissions on behalf of the applicant/appellant alongwith one judgment passed by a learned Single Judge on 13.12.2017.
2. We are of the considered opinion that the review application does not met the parameters which are required for the decision making and there is no error apparent on the face of the record. Thus, the question to allow the written submissions to be placed on record in the matter which has already been decided does not arise.

3. Resultantly, review application alongwith all other civil miscellaneous applications stand dismissed.
