1. Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.120 dated 19.06.2014 registered under Sections 392, 395 and 412 IPC at Police Station Kasola, District Rewari (Section 412 IPC added later on).

2. On 23.01.2024, following order was passed by this Court:-

"Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, submits that the petitioner was never named in the FIR and even he is not involved in any other criminal case. He also submits that other co-accused, namely, Imamudin, Wasim and Mohammad Ansar, who faced the trial, already stand acquitted vide judgment dated 06.12.2014; while co-accused-Imran stands acquitted vide judgment dated 16.01.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari.
Notice of motion for 21.03.2024.
Mr. Chetan Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial ourt concerned within a period of ten days from day and shall furnish his bail bonds / surety bonds, which shall be accepted by the trial Court to its satisfaction and till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against him.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 23.01.2024, the petitioner has appeared before the Trial Court and furnished his bail bonds/surety bonds on 30.01.2024.

3. In view thereof, the petition is allowed. Order dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on appearing on each and every date of hearing before the Trial Court.
