Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the requisite information pertaining to call-detail record which had earlier been witheld by the prosecution has now been furnished to the petitioner.

Learned State counsel has today filed affidavit of Mr. Ram Drshan, SI/SHO, Police Station Special Task Force, SAS Nagar. The same is taken on record. A copy of the short reply has been furnished to learned counsel opposite.

In view of the aforestated position, no further directions are required to be issued and the instant petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
