CRM-15039-2024 The present application has been filed for withdrawal of the main petition which has been filed seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.129 dated 07.07.2023 under Section 25 (1-C) and 29 of the Arms Act, 1959 and subsequently Section 25 (1) 1 (B) and 25 (8) of the Arms Act added later on, registered at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal.
On the oral request of the learned counsel for the applicant- petitioner, the main case is preoponed and is taken up on Board today itself.
For the reasons recorded in the application the same is allowed.
