The present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0029 dated 13.07.2023 under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B | attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment 2024:PHHC:048914 CRM-14970-2024 & CRM-14971-2024 in/and CRM-M-1760-2024 of IPC and Sections 66-C and 66-D of the I.T. Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime NIT Faridabad, District Faridabad, Haryana.
2. In light of the averments made in CRM-14971-2024 and the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
