1. The present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.16 dated 10.02.2024 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana Rural.

2. After vehemently arguing and keeping all his grounds open, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the Court below, however, has prayed that on his surrender, in case the petitioner applies for regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously. He, thus, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the | attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment 2024:PHHC:048882 CRM-M-17758-2024 petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below on or before 17.04.2024 and subsequent thereto, in case the petitioner applies for grant of regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law on its own merits, preferably within 10 days thereafter.
