The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside the order dated 26.12.2020/07.01.2021, Annexure P-14, whereby the petitioner was warned 'to be careful in future'.
2. Learned State counsel contends that on re-consideration of the matter by the competent authority, the impugned order stands withdrawn, vide order dated 10.05.2022, passed by the second respondent. Accordingly, the petition has been rendered infructuous, and it may be disposed of as such.
