1. Petitioner-Surjit Kaur Brar, retired Principal, I.S. Dev Samaj Girls Senior Secondary School, Sector 21-C, Chandigarh, has filed the present writ petition for issuance of directions to respondents to grant her pension, gratuity and other benefits alongwith interest on delayed payment.

2. At the very outset of the hearing of the writ petition, Ms. Alka Chatrath, Advocate informs that as per her information, the relief sought by the petitioner has already been paid to her, but she is not in a position to produce any document in that regard, therefore, present writ petition can be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

4. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for seeking revival of the present writ petition with the preparation to argue the matter within eight weeks from today, in case any substantive issue still exists alongwith a cause of action to the petitioner.
