1. The present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.316 dated 22.12.2023, under Sections 15 (b), 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Ding, Distirct Sirsa.
2. In compliance of the order dated 15.03.2024, learned State counsel has filed status report by way of an affidavit of Smt. Deepti Garg, IPS, Additional Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, District Sirsa, on behalf of respondent-State of Haryana along with Annexure R-1 i.e. disclosure statement of co-accused Ramesh Kumar. The same is taken on record.
3. A perusal of the status report demonstrates that the petitioner has been found to be involved in another FIR under the NDPS Act in which recovery was effected from him.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the shop of the co-

He further submits that since the petitioner is already involved in another case, the concession of anticipatory bail be not granted to him.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
6. Considering the fact that the antecedents of the petitioner are not clean and in an earlier case also a recovery was effected from him, this Court does not find any ground to grant him the extraordinary concession of anticipatory bail.
7. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed. (ALOK JAIN) JUDGE April 10, 2024.
