CWP No.7905 of 2024 [2]
Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral)
This order shall dispose of the afore mentioned three petitions which have been filed with similar facts, inter alia, seeking a direction to the respondents not to transfer/relieve the petitioners, who are working as contractual Library Attendants in the respondent government colleges. It is apprehended that they are being relieved to accommodate other employees.
2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the apprehension is misplaced as the Department, as of now, does not intend to relieve the petitioners.
3. In view of the statement made, there is no ground to entertain the petition at this stage.
4. Disposed of as such.
