1. Present appeal has been filed challenging the judgments and decrees of the Courts below by which, the suit filed by the respondents- plaintiffs seeking recovery has been allowed vide judgment and decree dated 30.07.2013 and the appeal preferred by the appellant-defendant was dismissed on 13.08.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant-defendant argues that the Courts at Ferozepur did not had jurisdiction to entertain the suit as the appellant-defendant was posted in Jalalabad and the suit should have been filed in Jalalabad only.

3. On being asked as to whether, Jalalabad Division is not in District Ferozepur, learned counsel for the appellant-defendant concede the factum that on the date when the suit was filed, Jalalabad Division was part of the District Ferozepur.

4. Once the suit has been filed in a District where the appellant- defendant was posted, no grievance can be raised by him qua the jurisdiction of the Court which decided the suit filed by the appellant- defendant. Nothing has been shown to this Court to oust the jurisdiction of the Court at Ferozepur. In the absence of any perversity shown to this Court, no interference is called for by this Court in the present regular second appeal.

5. No other argument was raised.

6. Keeping in view the above, no ground is made out for any interference by this Court in the present appeal.

7. Dismissed.
