1. On 11.01.2024, the following order was passed:-

"Since learned counsel appearing for the appellants has been elevated to the Bench, notice to the appellants for 07.03.2024."

2. The recent office report reads as under:-

"Fresh notice issued to appellants have been received back with the following report:
Appellant No.1 & 3- Served through brother R.No.2 & 4- Duly Served."

3. However, the appellants are not represented.

4. The plaintiffs have filed regular second appeal to challenge the judgment and decree passed by the First Appellate Court. They filed the suit for grant of declaration that the memo dated 04.04.1990, for recovery of Rs.21,895/- on account of deficiency in payment of the stamp duty was decreed by the trial Court but reversed by the First Appellate Court.

5. It appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the present appeal.

6. Hence, dismissed for non-prosecution.

7 All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
