Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned order, dated 26.04.2017, passed by respondent No.1 (Annexure P-10) vide which the objections filed by the petitioners against the proposed mode of partition has been wrongly dismissed and impugned mode of partition has been ordered to be sanctioned, which is contrary to the settled principles of law governing the mode of partition in the partition cases and is also contrary to the civil Court judgment and decree dated 09/11/2016, Annexure P-1.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the parties have amicably resolved the issue by way of compromise, dated 07.02.2024, copy of which has been placed on record and hence the present petition may be disposed of as such.
